A special milestone: The topping-out ceremony celebrated the completion of the shell of Villa Magdalenenhof.
The youngest apprentice at the general contractor Handler Bau recited the traditional topping-out speech and concluded with the words:
“Three cheers for the client!” (City of Vienna, PSD, Psychosocial Services, represented by WIP, Wiener Infrastruktur Projekt GmbH)
The topping-out ceremony is not only a sign of the construction progressing according to plan, but also an expression of gratitude to everyone involved—from the planning team to the contractors to all those who work on this project every day with dedication and skill.
Villa Magdalenenhof continues to grow visibly. We look forward to the upcoming construction phases and to bringing this special project back to life step by step with everyone involved.
