Kindergarden Lassee, A
|KINDERGARDEN WITH ADDITION OF A FESTIVAL HALL AND SENIOR CARE|
|PROJECT PARTNERSHIP WITH ABENDROTH ARCHITECTS|

The kindergarten structure forms a clasp between the small-volume and the large-volume buildings of the neighborhood. Its edges refer to the alignment of the facing residential buildings and the superordinate building lines of the heating plant and stables.
Due to the placement on the side of the road, a lot of open space is created in the northern garden area. On the south side is a paved forecourt, which counts to the kindergarten outer area.
The most important design idea is the fusion of attractive outdoor spaces with a flexible center consisting of kindergarten hall, event hall and elderly day care center. Located in the middle is the kitchen, which can serve the northern garden, the kindergarten hall, the parents' cafe, external events, the meeting room and the elderly day care center. The adjoining outdoor spaces are the paved kindergarten forecourt in the west (tricycle seat), the community garden in the north and the forecourt in the south as an entrance for the event hall, kindergarten and elderly day care center.
